“ I've gotten other sushi rolls from CHOPSTIX Express, I honestly probably have had most all of their sushi rolls by now, and they're all great! The pad thai is really good, too. Not the #1 sushi in Erie, but VERY good, the quantity is great, and you really can't beat the price. “ Delicious, fresh sushi! The sushi pieces are teeny tiny and perfectly bite sized. I'm so picky about my rice to filling ratio and they really nailed it! Tried a bunch of sushi as takeout - -3 Roll Maki Combo (Yellowtail Scallion (did not have scallions), Eel Avocado (wish there was more eel sauce on top!), and spicy salmon with crunch for $9.99) -Magic Roll ($11.99) and Chopstix Roll ($10.99), very small but yummy and well crafted -Egg Drop Soup ($1.45) was also really great! They have a large menu with lots of Chinese and Thai items too, typical of an Asian restaurant in a small town like Erie, PA. There are even sushi burritos!! The staff is so nice :) ”
“ I'm not in Erie often, but when I am... we get Chopstix! They were open even in Mother's Day for the hard working mother's that wanted a day off. I usually get the Mixed Vegetables with Garlic Sauce, but I mixed it up this time & got the Green Curry instead. Limited dining is usually available, but no outdoor seating since it is primarily a takeout restaurant. The original location sadly closed. The flavor and food here is so good! Well done, Choostix. Food was ready in 20min takeout. Until my next trip up north. ”
“ Had their special (sushi burrito) and was pleasantly surprised. The mango was a nice touch and the tempura and seaweed were very crispy. The salmon was good but the tuna was only ok. Major downsides were zero drink options other than water and canned soda. I was hoping for some boba or alcohol options, but the drink menu is so limited that the menu doesn't even mention a drink section. Also, the portion sizes are pretty small so I would recommend going during lunch when prices are cheaper so you can fill up more. Service was quick and friendly. The place is relatively clean. The menu is quite extensive covering foods like thai, chinese, japanese, etc. There are not many decent asian food locations in the area so I was pleased. ”
